Sebastian’s GG episode to air 4/12/10

Sebastian will return to TV as Carter Baizen in Gossip Girl episode 3×18: The Unblairable Lightness of Being which will air April 12th, 2010 at 9PM on the CW. A synopsis of the episode is below.

Chuck offers to throw Dorota’s wedding before Dorata’s parent’s arrive from Poland and see her pregnant and without a husband. Dorota asks Blair and Chuck to be part of the ceremony and walk her down the aisle. Meanwhile, Serena lies to Nate telling him she’s having breakfast with the Humphreys when in reality she goes to meet with Carter Baizen. Rufus discovers that Lily has been lying to him about where she is.

News on Carter’s return to Gossip Girl

Here is a small tidbit on Carter’s return to Gossip Girl. It only confirms that Carter is coming back (which we already knew), and that it has something to do with Serena’s father. I’m not sure when Carter will return but when I do, I’ll be sure to post it as soon as possible. The spoiler is below.

2.Carter Baizen (recurring guest star Sebastian Stan) will be making a return this season, and it’s supposedly tied to the arrival of Eric and Serena’s father (Billy Baldwin). Source

Carter not returning to Gossip Girl?

A Gossip Girl spoiler via Watch with Kristen for October 26th implies that Carter isn’t coming back to Gossip Girl. Umm, what? Yeah, I’m just as confused as you are.

Margo in New York: Will Carter be back on Gossip Girl? I loved him with Serena! And is Georgina gone for good?
My friends at the CW tell me there are currently no plans to bring back Carter (boo!). And Michelle Trachtenberg is starring in that other show that’s not Parks & Rec or Community and was just picked up by NBC (Mercy), so she’s otherwise occupied at the moment. We took your question to her, and she answered: “Georgina has taken a little trip. She’s gone off with who she thinks is a Russian prince. But as Georgina goes, you never see the end of her. She always comes back and torments.”

I’ve finally gotten around to capping the last three episodes of Gossip Girl guest starring Sebastian. Clips for the last two episodes will be added to SS Media shortly.

Special Note: Things will continue to be kind of slow around here. I’m in the middle of university and still recovering from surgery, but I will try to get things online a little faster. Thanks to everyone for the well wishes and sticking with the site.

Acting lessons with Gossip Girl’s Sebastian Stan

Quick video update with a huge thank you to Mich for sending this my way.

Gossip Girl’s Sebastian Stan was a student at local acting school Applause NYC as a child, and he returned to the school to give a special class to its students. Our Tim Murphy was there to listen as Stan imparted his wisdom to the group of 8-year-olds (“I think about Mystic River, where Sean Penn screamed after his daughter — I don’t know if you guys have seen that …”) and got some feedback on his own acting work. Watch him make love to the camera like Carter Baizen in this video.
